Apple cider vinegar can help you lose weight because it has acetic acid. It detoxes your liver, reduces heartburn and helps your body combat candida. Here are two of the best recipes I have found.
Dr. Oz’s Swimsuit slimdown drink-
1 cup of grapefruit juice
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp honey
Drink before each meal.
I have personally been using this for a week and I have lost 4 lbs.
Morning detox tea-
1 cup warm water
2tbsp apple cider vinegar
2tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp raw honey
1 tsp cinnamon
dash of cayenne
I use this when I really want to jump start my weight loss, it doesn’t taste as good as the first, I find cayenne pepper is not to my liking, but it will speed up your metabolism.
-Apple cider vinegar can help get rid of bad breath-
1/2 tbsp in 1 cup of water
gargle and spit. It actually works and lasts longer than just mouthwash does.I tried it when I was sick with a sore throat and my mouth felt dry and I just knew my breath was less than stellar.
-Get rid of acne-
Just use as a toner and that’s it!!
-If you have a lot of product buildup on your hair, or you just want extra shine-
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 cup of water
rinse after shampooing and condition as usual.
-After a really sweaty workout, you can use acv on a cotton pad and swipe it on your armpits. wait 5 to 10 minutes and then shower as usual.
